The Bergen op Zoom location employs over 1200 employees, of which many work in shifts. You will perform a study for one of the teams at the Bergen op Zoom facility, while being guided by a communications professional. You will work with several departments.
The Challenge
This internship is all about reviewing the current communication process and tools, and developing new ones that fit the team as well as the organization.
The candidate would be working with a dynamic team that represents the employees of the Bergen op Zoom site. You tasks will include the following:

* Developing a new communication strategy and advise on the use of tools
