The site organizational Effectiveness leader is chartered with fostering a culture to support the manufacturing work processes and lead a strategy to align the site organization structure towards the site objectives. In the capacity of Site Learning Leader the job-holder is responsible for leading the development, delivery and administration of all learning programs. This position is a strategic role that requires an ability to execute on critical learning opportunities and deliver results for the organization.
The Challenge
- Monitor the overall effectiveness & governance of the OE program in relation to the 3 main pillars of the program (technical design, organizational alignment and cultural design).
- Lead & facilitate the implementation and sustainability of Manufacturing operating rhythms as a an enabler for an effective OE program
